The hospital's original site was bogged down with dated "one size fits all" medical information and detail, making it hard for visitors to locate basic information such as staff physicians. With so many comprehensive medical sites available, offering content simply wasn't the best way for LFH to reach or impress prospective patients.
We re-designed the site according to specific patient needs and groups, not broad medical topics. Fewer, more concise sections guided users toward finding and scheduling services and consistently conveyed the visual identity. Smith also ensured the site had robust back-end hosting, content management, and easy-to-update functionality.
